After completing your assessments and growth plans, we will gather as a cohort for a 1-day introductory workshop to learn the mindsets and skills that top entrepreneurial leaders have used to navigate their leadership journey with greater purpose, resilience, and adaptability. Beyond the learning, this is an opportunity form meaningful connections with other startup leaders in your community.

After the intro workshop, immerse yourself in ongoing community sessions that go beyond the standard group meeting.
