People Executive Wellbeing Research
We’re glad you’re here. Abroad is bringing together a global research group to address the growing issue of burnout among people executives and HR Leaders. Together we can work towards solving a global problem.
Help Improve the Wellbeing of People Leaders Globally
In today’s rapidly changing and uncertain world of work, the job of the HR leader is more challenging than ever. Beyond the typical challenges of managing the people function, HR leaders are needing to support both executives and employees through navigating unprecedented technological disruption, hybrid work environments, and global chaos. The result is the average HR leader is feeling the burn and turning over every 2.4 years. Your participation in this research project will help to answer key questions such as:
1
What are the root causes and key patterns around burnout and turnover?
2
Does the wellbeing of people executives impact their people strategies?
3
What are the most effective methods to support the wellbeing of HR Leaders?
As a member of our research group, you will get exclusive access to our research findings, connect with a dynamic community of people leaders involved in the project, and play a key role in shaping the well-being of people leaders globally.

The Journey
Begins with Awareness
Abroad’s Awareness Assessment was developed under the leadership of the former Director of Wellbeing at Yale. The psychometric assessment has been used by thousands of leaders globally to measure their self awareness, wellbeing, team cohesion, and purpose-alignment. The assessment underwent a 3rd party factor analysis to test its validity and includes questions that have been rigorously researched by scientists.

Where the
Deeper Insights Emerge
Once you have the quantitative insights from the psychometric assessment, you will then schedule a call with a senior Abroad coach who will review your results and ask targeted questions to uncover the mindsets, assumptions, and drivers of the results. Past leaders have described this process as enlightening, fulfilling, and even life-changing.
