Abroad’s Awareness Assessment was used to conduct a landmark global study on how the wellbeing of founders impacts performance, decision-making, and team culture. As part of this program, you will take both the Awareness Assessment and distribute our Leader Assessment to your direct reports to measure your Manager Efficacy.

Justin Milano

Leadership & Wellbeing

Justin Milano is an entrepreneur, executive coach, and CEO of Abroad. For the past decade, Justin has been helping visionary founders and executives across the globe operate with greater purpose, balance, and self-understanding. Justin was the lead author on Abroad’s landmark global study on more than 1,300 founders and intimately understands the entrepreneur journey. He is an EHF Fellow who recently was granted residency in New Zealand.

Tyche Smith

Holistic Leadership

Tyche is an Executive and Leadership coach and the VP of Coaching at Abroad. Over 11+ years she has helped hundreds of leaders, entrepreneurs and their teams to perform at their best while accelerating personal and professional growth and generating successful outcomes. With a holistic approach incorporating mindfulness and somatic wisdom, her work focuses on leadership mastery and getting to the heart of the obstacles that block individual and organizational success.
