That’s where the power of individual coaching comes in. As part of every Abroad experience, we provide one-to-one coaching before, during, and after each journey to help you integrate insights and unlock the full potential of your transformation.
For those navigating meaningful life or leadership transitions, we also offer ongoing coaching with our senior coaches, experts who have dedicated their lives to the study of neuroscience, ancient wisdom, and leadership development.

Your journey begins with the True Prosperity Assessment, a 360° view of your life, leadership, and fulfillment. This assessment helps identify key areas for personal and professional growth while allowing us to measure the impact of our work over time.
The Power of Intentions
After completing the True Prosperity Assessment, you will review your results with your Abroad coach, who will help uncover your most meaningful areas for growth and development. Together, you will set one to three core intentions to guide your ongoing work. Think of these intentions as your North Stars, steady anchors that align you with your highest potential.
Experiential Learning to Immerse in Wisdom
If you are participating in an Abroad experience, you will then immerse yourself in one of the world’s great wisdom traditions to uncover the wisdom within. Each experience brings together world-class faculty — wisdom keepers, luminary leaders, and senior coaches — who support you in integrating timeless insights into your modern life and leadership.
Ongoing Coaching to Amplify Impact
After your experience, you will have a dedicated session with your coach to integrate your insights and strengthen new habits. Depending on your life or leadership phase, you can continue with ongoing coaching to deepen the transformation. Our research shows that participants who continue working with their coach report greater clarity of purpose, more grounded decision-making, and a stronger sense of fulfillment and alignment.
High-Impact Global and Local Community
When your coaching journey concludes, you remain part of the Abroad community, a global network of like-hearted leaders committed to wisdom and growth. Through the Abroad Explorers Community, you’ll receive monthly reflections and practices designed for busy leaders who seek meaningful change through small, consistent shifts.
We also invite members to join local chapters, where community leaders organize quarterly in-person gatherings such as shared dinners, nature hikes, and contemplative practices that nurture connection and belonging.
