Step Three: Flights
Your round-trip flights from Bangkok to Paro and transfers are included in the Quest. Please book your flights to Bangkok at your earliest convenience and forward stacy@abroad.io the e-mail confirmation so we can book your hotel, airport transfers and spa appointment in Bangkok.
Arrival
You'll want to arrive in Bangkok no later than the morning of Saturday, November 1st. This will allow you enough time to travel to the COMO Hotel, check in and get your Thai massage before dinner with the group at 5:30pm.
The cost of the quest will cover the night of November 1st at the COMO
Some participants choose to arrive a day or two earlier to adjust to the time and explore Bangkok. If you choose to do this, you can stay at the COMO with our negotiated group rate of $155/night single occupancy and $172/night double occupancy (USD). Please reach out to Stacy@abroad.io to book pre-or-post stays.
Return
The group will be flying back from Bhutan to Bangkok on Saturday, November 8th. The flight will arrive in Bangkok at 8:30 pm.
If you'd like to connect and travel home on the 8th, you may. We recommend at least a 3-4 hour layover to account for delays.
Most participants choose to stay the night of November 8th at the COMO and travel home on November 9th.
If you plan on staying the night of the 8th, the cost of your hotel room at the COMO is covered in your quest fees.
Step Four: Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is a requirement for the quest. Below are a few recommendations to secure insurance. Once you secure insurance, please email stacy@abroad.io a copy of your policy.
