Begins with Awareness
Abroad’s Awareness Assessment was used to conduct a landmark global study on how the mindsets of founders impact performance, decision-making, and team culture. As part of this programme, you will take both the Awareness Assessment and distribute our Leader Assessment to your direct reports to measure your Leadership Efficacy.

Where the
Deeper Insights Emerge
Once you complete your Self and Leader Assessments, you will meet with an Abroad coach who will review your assessments and ask qualifying questions to get to the mindsets and behaviors driving the results with the goal of creating a custom growth plan for your leadership development.

One Day Workshop at Google Singapore
After completing your assessments and growth plans, we will gather as a portfolio for a 1-day introductory workshop at Google Singapore to learn the mindsets and skills that top global founders have used to navigate the entrepreneurial roller coaster with greater purpose, resilience, and adaptability. Beyond the learning, this is an opportunity for shared learning and forming meaningful connections with other startup leaders in the portfolio.

Individual and
Group Coaching
After the intro workshop, you and your leadership team will continue to benefit from individual and group coaching. We will host 1-hour group coaching sessions on a fortnightly basis to continue our shared learning and community building, and you will receive additional individual coaching to apply the learning to your unique leadership and team challenges.

Justin was the lead author on Abroad’s landmark global study on more than 1,300 founders and intimately understands the entrepreneur journey with 18+ years of entrepreneurial experience.

If you want to transform your fear into creativity, prevent burnout and expand your time - all while scaling your company - then this programme is right for you. While we believe this programme benefits any human, it has especially been tailored to helping startup leaders. Being a startup leader is an exciting and challenging journey. Att Abroad we’ve worked with thousands of founders and their leadership teams and intimately understand how to address and transcend the most difficult startup challenges.

Beyond traveling and attending and the 1-day intro workshop, you need to allocate approximately 1-1.5 hours per week for the programme - 60 minutes for fortnightly group sessions, three individual sessions, and listening to some podcast-style learning content. Listening to the content allows the live sessions to be more about practice and application with other leaders in the portfolio.

The live sessions will NOT be recorded. The live sessions are a place for people to share, connect, and learn in a confidential setting. If you miss a session, you will have access to the learning content on the platform, but the live sessions is where the magic happens. Past participants find that once the programme is in the calendar/diary, it’s quite easy to prioritize.
