Building on several successful Abroad and Northwestern coaching and educational programs, the Northwestern Bay Area Alumni association has teamed up with Abroad’s Northwestern professors and coaches to offer select executives and founders in our community a complimentary annual membership to the Abroad platform, which includes the opportunity to work with a senior executive coach to generate a leadership growth plan.

Assessment

You begin by taking Abroad’s 15-minute Awareness Assessment that more than 2,000 executives have used to identify opportunities to grow and thrive.

with Coach

After taking the assessment, you will review your results with an executive coach to get to the deeper insights and design a targeted plan for growth.

You will then attend a live community session where Abroad will review the average results of our community of participants.
